The USA Launching Pad Consists of 2 Modules

Most companies prefer to go thru the USA Launching Pad in two modules: The first focuses on customer discovery and learning directly from potential customers how the marketing, sales and products need to be adapted for US customers.

This is typically followed by a pause to implement the learnings and to prepare the launch.

Then companies come back fo the second module, which focuses on executing on sales leads, implementing the US organization, and building the team.

Of course, the two modules can also be taken immediately following each other.

  • Office space for 2 persons in San Francisco.

  • Sales prospecting with focus on top of funnel & conversions.

  • Workshops: “Amazon Day 1”, Silicon Valley mindset, US sales storytelling, legal setup, financial & tax considerations.

  • Marketing & sales organizations definition, hiring and compensation plans, design of back office, budgeting.

  • Dedicated US landing page with analytics
