Gert Christen, US-European Business incubator and innovation strategist.

Founder of the USA Launching Pad. Thanks to his career in America and Europe, Gert understands the differences between the USA and other countries. He has worked with startups, large corporations, universities, public organizations, and everything in between. He has launched incubators in Zurich and San Francisco and helped tech companies expand internationally, leading to the USA Launching Pad methodology. He lectures entrepreneurship at the University of California, Berkeley.

Matt DiMarsico, Shaper of Sales and Marketing Organizations.

It takes an American to sell to Americans. And this is what Matt has done throughout his career: As Chief Revenue Officer or Vice President of Sales, he helped many companies build their US sales organization and led multiple US market entries by foreign companies, including British Telecom, NTT from Japan, and Telus from Canada. He knows how to find the first customers and how to overcome the challenges of scaling sales organization.

Brad Hochberg, Serial Product Designer.

Full-stack technical architect with a Silicon Valley pedigree, Brad is equally at home in user experience design and software engineering. His expertise is in knowing what experience Americans like, translating this into product requirements, and architecting technical solutions. He is a computer science graduate from Stanford University with a track record as a product designer at Apple, PayPal, TiVo, and other Silicon Valley companies.

Sergio Mazariegos, Program Manager.

Leads the cohorts of USA Launching Pad startups. A Regents’ & Chancellor’s Scholar at University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He genuinely enjoys how the challenges of launching a startup bring out his nimbleness, creativity, and courage. At USA Launching Pad, Sergio helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly with his high energy and enthusiasm.

Anne-Sophie Reinckens, Program Manager and CRM Lead.

Anne-Sophie is a customer relationship and sales enablement professional with over 10 years of experience who worked both for early-stage startups as well as scale-ups. Her experience as a founder of a lead generation platform and her multicultural profile are the strongest toolkit in a program manager role. She is also in charge of implementing the sales enablement vision and tools for USA Launching Pad. .

Jennifer Lum, Customer Discovery Research Coach.

Jen leads the design of USA Launching Pad’s Customer Discovery interview process. With deep expertise in customer experience, she guides cohorts through the strategic process of methodically understanding user and customer goals, motivations, and pain points to uncover market opportunities. 

Jordan White, Landing Page Strategist.

As you launch your company in the United States, it's important for you to communicate clearly and in a way that compels your North American audience to take action. Using a proven story-based formula, Jordan helps clarify what you do, develop a compelling message, then creates landing pages that make you standout. 

Sophie Everett, Landing Page Strategist.

The U.S. market is enormous, inundating the average person with a plethora of ads compared to Swiss clients. Sophie helps you cut through the noise, crafting crystal-clear messages, and transforming them into highly effective landing pages.

Maddie Johnson, Content Marketing Intern and Customer Associate.

Maddie is a fourth-year political science student at UC Berkeley. She is passionate about crafting compelling narratives and strategic messaging for both USA Launching Pad and the company’s clients. Beyond contributing to defining market strategies, she ensures client satisfaction and builds meaningful connections.

Mar Navarro Montes, Customer Associate.

Mar is a biotechnologist completing her Masters degree at UC Berkeley. She is also a start-up founder. Mar takes on a pivotal role as a customer associate, not only providing excellent service to our clients but also fostering strong connections with the brand.

Britney Calimlim, Customer Insights Intern.

Britney is a third-year student studying business at the Haas School of Business, joining USA LP as a Customer Insights Intern. She plays a pivotal role in establishing connections with various countries worldwide, taking charge of fostering strong relationships between USA LP and both potential and existing partners.
